This years contest will feature forty-nine Barbeque Teams. Each team will be judged on submissions in four categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork and Beef Brisket. Prize money and trophies will be awarded as follows:
- Grand Champion: $1500
- Reserve Champion: $700
- 1st Place (in each catagory): $300
- 2nd Place (in each catagory): $225
- 3rd Place (in each catagory): $175
- 4th Place (in each catagory): $150
- 5th Place (in each catagory): $100
