2nd annual competition is in the books

The Green Lane Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank everyone that made the second annual Smoke in the Valley BBQ Cook-off Competition out best one yet.
Smoke in the Valley took place on May 14th and 15th of 2010 and was sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. We would like to thank KCBS for all
the help and support they provided us with and a special thank you to our contest reps, Don and Leslie Lovely.
Thank you to all the BBQ teams who came out. Without you we wouldn't have a competition and you definately make it fun for us as well.
A BIG thank you to all the volunteers. The hard work you put in is the backbone of Smoke in the Valley and it wouldn't be what it is without you.

Bank Street Band - Easton School of Rock)
